Refund & Replacement Policy

At DakshinRoots, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no return policy except in cases of damage or defect.

1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns once the product is delivered, unless it is received in a damaged or defective condition.

2. Replacement Eligibility

A replacement will be provided only if the product is damaged during transit or if you receive an incorrect item.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • A clear unboxing video is required as proof
  • The video must start before opening the package
  • The video must be continuous without cuts or edits

4. Timeframe for Claims

All claims must be raised within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued after verification. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

6. Non-Eligible Cases

  • No unboxing video provided
  • Request made after 48 hours
  • Product used or tampered
